I love picnics. Sitting on the grass, having a snack, reading a good magazine, and watching my children play. It’s so relaxing. Lately my local parks have been jammed packed. Even the small one that nobody used to go to. Needless to say it’s a little stressful to be there these days.
So no picnics for me just yet. Instead I decided to channel my love for picnics with this 1960’s Miss Smith dress and this July 11, 1955 copy of Life Magazine with the lovely Susan Strasberg on the cover. If you can’t go to a picnic, bring the picnic to you I say.
