Audrey Hepburn’s Spaghetti Al Pomodoro Recipe

Audrey loved to cook. When she was married to her second husband, Andrea Dotti, she lived in Rome for many years and learned how to cook authentic Italian food. When she moved to Switzerland she enjoyed cooking for her friends and family. One of her favorite dishes was called Spaghetti Al Pomodoro.

Her youngest son, Luca Dotti, wrote a book about memories from his mother's kitchen that I reviewed HERE. It is filled with Audrey's most beloved recipes and Luca shares personal stories from her career and life all throughout the book.

If you ever wanted to try a simple yet authentic Italian dish using only fresh ingredients, Spaghetti Al Pomodoro would be a wonderful meal to have. Audrey loved to share her time with her nearest and dearest with a plate of pasta to be eaten and enjoyed.
