I think there's so much inspiration to be found when I am looking at vintage photos especially when it comes to hair. These days hairstyles are so simple and basic. Today there isn't a lot of creativity and very little accessories are used. In the 1960's, caution was thrown to the wind. People experimented with fashion, makeup, shoes, hairstyles, music, film, photography, etc. You name it and there was someone out there thinking outside of the box. It's one of the many reasons I will always find the sixties to be a fascinating decade to explore.
