Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries Is Back!

Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries Season 3

I am beyond elated to share the exciting news that after some time in limbo Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries is back!

The show has finally been renewed and they will begin filming in October 2014. The show left off with the Christmas Special in December 2013 and like so many of you I am eager to see what mysteries Phryne will solve! And of course if Phryne and Jack ever decide to take their coupling to the next level! I sure hope so!

Big thanks to all those who signed the petition at Change.org (I did!) and for letting the people at the tvland home bases know that this show is worth keeping on.

How many of you are looking forward to another season of mischief by the delightful Miss Fisher?

  2. I signed it!!! It was thanks to you that I even knew about it. I'm so glad they're renewing it. I just watched and reviewed season two on my blog. I loved it. But, hey, since nobody I actually know in person watches this show, can you tell me, what do you think is holding Jack and Phyrne back now that he's single? I'm stumped. I'd love to chat about it with you.

  3. I've heard people mention this show and sounds ripping! Is it on PBS as part of Masterpiece Mysteries? Do you happen to know if they will be repeating previous seasons too?

  4. Phryne! This show is so fantastic. I've never been as fixated on the 20s as on other decades, but that show is simply wonderful. I think it's awesome that they seem to work so hard to look at a lot of different people from that era, from wealthy women like Phryne to her ladies maid Dot to poor girls working in factories, and presents all of them in a sympathetic light. There's even a gay doctor! I'm wrapping up the first season on netflix now, and I can't wait to see the next one.
