The other day my husband surprised me with this special edition of Reader's Digest magazine. It is out here in the States until July 22nd at your local bookstores and supermarkets. It is dedicated solely to World War II and it is amazing.
It really is a wonderful collector's piece! I just love when magazine's publish special issues like these. It's nice to be able to take a look at a subject (ie WWII) in such a compact way.

ugh! i have been eyeing this magazine for a while now. that and a few others, but they are so expensive. i did manage to snag a life time magazine of 70th anniversary of d-day.
